"Customer service is the worst at T-Mobile. The stores can barely help with anything but taking your money and always tell you to cal customer service. The corporate customer service are the rudest bunch of scammers I have encountered. Trying to cancel my account and they want me to transfer it to a friend or family member… as bad as AOL in 90’s."

"Aiden and Bear are the go to guys for any of your cell phone needs. i came to this store right after leaving the west broadway store and had a disgusting experience with "Assistant manager" Samantha. she was the worst in customer service and completely failed at her job. the hiring process seems to be entirely faulty if she was able to make it through and get hired. Aiden and Bear were able to assist me and answer all my questions directly and clearly. advice to anyone looking for cell phone assistance, make sure the store you go to has Aiden or Bear and ABSOLUTELY stay away from Samantha, for your own mental and physical well being."

"I recently visited the T-Mobile Authorized Dealer located at 1017 Hunters Crossing, Alcoa, TN 37701. The rep, Andrew, was dismissive, difficult to work with, and would not answer questions in a detailed or helpful way. He was not friendly and his manner of speaking was so dismissive his responses were mumbled making it very difficult to understand him at all. He did not seem interested in my situation or questions. We are leaving T-Mobile due to this interaction with Andrew."
