They attempted to charge for items we didn’t need (including charging $1300 for a $400 sink due to “color differences”), billed for items typically billed directly to the plumber, and failed to inform us the sink needed a support in order to be installed properly. Maryville Topshop provided significantly better service and communication."

"Buyer Beware!!! Fiberglass Shower/Tubs are 6 inches too short to accommodate a sliding door. Plus Shower spray will damage your drywall. Know your shower door height before you purchase / install one of these NON-STANDARD showers!!!!!"

"Inefficient, at best 1.) After measurement, it took several days to get a return call from someone who could show me pictures of what the shower door that they were proposing would look like, because nobody was "internet savvy" 2.) After ordering, it took five weeks for someone to come out to install 3.) When he came out to install, the header was cut wrong. 4.) It took over another two weeks for a "rush" header to be delivered and installed. 5.) I have a nice scrape on my ceiling from the install, my just remodeled bathroom that included scraped ceilings, now needs more work. 6.) I asked for some sort of discount for the hassle, but because they decided to charge my credit card BEFORE the job was ever completed, I'm not getting a response. Go with Clinton Glass in Knoxville!! The only reason they are getting two stars is because the installer was incredibly nice."
