"Well, I used to love going here, however, the last couple of times it’s like doing heart surgery just to ask for a dressing room. Their customer service is slowly drifting away…and quick. They seem like they hate their job and are not willing to help with anything. It’s kind of sad actually. I feel like more of an inconvenience than a welcomed customer."
"Went to pick up a ship to store order and was not aware what was happening next door at Walmart (supposedly an active shooter) however all i asked was maybe to hang it out the door so I could get it and was told I was stupid to even be there an put a shirt above my life. I will absolutely never return to this store after getting my purchase. Just for everyone to know it was a false call and nothing was happening at Walmart. No matter what was happening to be told by a manager I'm stupid is absolutely not okay."
"This is my 2nd trip to this Cato and likely my last. I needed to find an outfit asap for an event, purchased 5 items to try on at home and style with other clothes, ended up returning 4 of the 5 items. Associate was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. and when I tried to make conversation, all I received back was snarky comments and a cold shoulder. 3 associates just stared at me standing at the counter before offering assistance. Even the day I purchased my clothes one of the workers almost ran me over helping someone else, didn't say excuse me or anything. **But on the bright side I loved my pants I bought! I'll definitely shop at Cato again, just not this store."
