"Go to this store frequently for yarn and crochet items for my girlfriend. The yarn is plentiful with a wide variety of thickness and colors. Yarn is almost always on sale. Most times it's buy one and get one 50% off. The crochet accessories are plentiful as well. Rods, markers, scissors, crochet kits and thread count devices. I also bought a few pattern books and magazines. The staff is very helpful and check out is quick and easy. I even had very friendly customers help me out. If crochet is your thing than Michael's is the place. I highly recommend a visit as they have almost everything you need."

"Bought my wife yarn to make Christmas scarfs and she was happy when it arrived a day early BUT I have heard nothing but complaining ever since opening the box and finding a mess. I understand that shipping can cause some issues but there is no way it caused all of this and I have no idea what the twig with berries is doing in there"

"Michael’s stole our money. My wife purchased some decorations online from Michael’s. They were delivered and were not what we were expecting from the photos and descriptions. She returned them to this Michael’s store which I have since found out they should not have accepted the return because they were bought online. But they did accept the return. They told us they would ship it back and refund us. This was 34 days ago, almost 5 weeks. Now Michael’s is refusing to help. We contacted our credit card company and they want proof we returned the items to Michael’s. Michael’s did not give us a receipt or any proof when we returned the items. So now Michael’s has the decorations we bought and our money and they are refusing to help."
