"It’s a 50/50 chance renting here. This is the second time I have been told that they do not have the vehicle that was reserved and that they are all out of vehicles till Monday. It seems like it’s depends on the one guy who works there mood if rents to you or not."

"Absolutely the worst excuse for a rental company.. they lied about our reservation and then cancelled it. Then kept our money and still haven’t returned it. Can’t even rent another car until they return my money. Stay away from them they will rip you off and steal your info"

"Our vehicle had a mechanical issue, we were told by Avis customer service we could stop by this location for an exchange as they were showing cars available. However after getting there and waiting a long while in line, we were told they actually did not have any cars available (even though their lot was full with cars) due to their system not updating, and did not provide any helpful info as to what to do or other location to go to that would."

"I don’t think I’ve ever left a one star review anywhere. However, my thought process is if I can help others avoid this place, they’re better off. I booked my rental needed for the weekend online and received my confirmation number. Typically, that would mean that your rental is confirmed. I’m no English major, but I’m pretty sure to confirm means “to approve” when used in a future tense. So, I went to pick up my vehicle in which I had paid for. The guy at the counter began our conversation by being rude as I told him I had reserved a vehicle and had a confirmation number for him. He then told me, rudely, that he is out of vehicles. All of them, didn’t have one. I asked if another location does, he said no but more in a way of not wanting to help me instead of looking as he proceeded to tell me I’m an hour early. For being early, i didn’t mind waiting, however his response and being rude about this was the frustrating part. I then explained to him that if I have a confirmation, they should have a car, or shouldn’t have confirmed it. His response was “its like the airports when you fly”. Well, no, it isn’t. When I have a flight confirmation, they have a freaking seat for me. If they don’t have a seat for me, they show this status on their website commonly known as “unavailable” or “sold out”. You don’t get a flight confirmation, then arrive ready to leave and hear “oh, we don’t have any seats”. Their system is horrible, and even if that were the case and there had been any attempt to make it right, I’d never write a review over this stuff. But his response, paired with their lack of matching the availability of vehicles on their site with what is actually available, is why folks should absolutely avoid this place. He then told me he couldn’t refund this at all, and I’d have to call their toll free number and hopefully get them to waive their $50 cancellation fee for me cancelling the vehicle they didn’t have to give me. I literally went next door to Enterprise, and experienced phenomenal service."

"Had the worst experience I’ve ever had with Avis at this location. I was 2 days late picking up a month long rental, which I understand because of that I was unable to get a car for today, even though this problem has never happened at any other Avis I’ve been to. However the older guy working at the front desk today (who I later found out was the owner) was extremely rude about the situation and made it sound like it was the biggest inconvenience to him for me to even be there asking questions about the reservation. I ended up getting a new reservation at a different Avis, where they gave me a rental immediately and politely. I feel like the experience I had today at this location was unacceptable service and unacceptable behavior towards a paying customer, especially coming from a business owner."
