"We moved to Farragut Park this past July from Syracuse New York. After looking at over 30 mobile home communities through East Tennessee on google earth for over 6 months we fell in love with Farragut Park. We wanted to retire in a mobile home community of all ages. The Park Manager Tonya called to let us know about a place that was exactly what we were looking for on Thornbird Way. She said it was going on the market soon so we drove down the next day (14 hours). We love it here. We love the nature, hills and friendly people who live here. It feels like you live in the country, but the city is 5 minutes away. Any store you can think of is in Turkey Creek and surrounding area.. We don’t know anyone in Tennessee. Tonya our Manager made us feel so welcome and part of this community from the moment we came to visit. The one thing about living here that we really value is if you have questions Tonya is right there. To have a manager that that cares about the safety and well being of the people in the community by being there for us is the exact reason we wanted a community environment rather than a private property. We are so blessed to be part of Farragut Park and the YES Community"

"I toured the Farragut Park in hopes of finding a perfect home for my family of 4! The manager , Tonya gave us the tour and she was absolutely fantastic!! She answered all my questions thoroughly and was very friendly! I made sure and got her name so when a 4 bedroom becomes available she can get my family settled in! I could see this being our forever home!!! 5 stars ⭐️"

"Applied to rent a mobile home, and was denied. I have stable income, decent credit, and never even received an explanation as to why. Makes no sense as I was approved for a rental house through a realty company that was $1450/month. Seems like the corporate office seems to forget, at the end of the day, you’re running a trailer park, not a luxurious condo lol. Get real"
