"Booked a reservation for a cargo van 3 weeks in advance. The day before I'm supposed to pick it up they call me to tell me they don't have one for me. Very frustrating especially since I booked it well in advance of my trip. Lady I talked too couldn't have cared less. Rude and unprofessional. Said they couldn't always guarantee customers would return them on time, but in the same breath they were banking on just that so I would have one. But that's irrelevant. Isn't like i reserved it last minute. I'll never do business with these people again."
