"Honestly if it had no stars older gentleman that works at night he's working tonight if the corporate office sees this he is rude just because he wants to hurry up and close down at 5 minutes till tried running a food stamp card the machine said invalid account which is wrong add another card Trident same thing so then I tell him just add three dollars in gas to that obviously he didn't hear me and cancel that out and just added the gas and then got really really good with me through my money at me and refused me service because he don't know how to do his job"

"Their pumps don't work. I stopped for gas quick on the way home. Pulled up to the first pump, was ready to insert my card and saw a message on the screen saying the terminal isn't working. So I had to get back in my car, to do a 3-point turn to make my way around to another pump, inserted my card but the screen never got passed the "Insert Card" screen. Tried a different card. Same thing. So instead of playing musical chairs with the pumps I went over to the Solway Raceway...worked the first time and I was on my way home. The least they could do is put a bag on all the broken pumps. It's a shame because I prefer Weigel's and will drive farther to use them over other stations. Just not this one. I'll keep driving. I guess they do deserve the 1 star default rating because my son used their restroom while I was driving around looking for a working pump and he didn't complain about that being broken or anything. So if you need to go to the restroom, this station will work. If you're looking for gas...YMMV."

"yeah i just wont be back here. this place cannot train employees properly. The weigels loyalty card is a joke. At no point should a company mark up prices and offer a loyalty card to "discount" prices to what the normal mark up should be to offer a "deal" Such as gas prices. why are you charging 20 cents more a gallon than anywhere else weigels? i could go on and on about many bad experiences with this place. Id love to sit for hours to explain how much of a dumpster fire this particular store has become. I honestly believe that employee happiness starts with leadership and when the employees are consistently unhappy, it makes me believe that weigels higher ups are the blame for this. I hope this location becomes a Caseys. Ive never seen a disgruntled Caseys employee. Edit: since weigels wants to be cringe in their reply. Their pizza tastes like cardboard as well. Better off getting a 5 dollar hot and ready from little ceasars."

"I would really like to compliment the new cashier at the weigles on oak ridge highway! Went out of her way to help me find the belongings I needed being new to the store and offered me a weigles card. Store was clean and no spills by coke machine. Shawnnah was friendly and great customer service!! Awesome job!! Felt welcome to return anytime! Service with a smile!"

"I adore Weigels, and this location specifically is my favorite. It always has a great, clean environment with happy and eager to help staff. Every time except this one interaction. 11/11/22 at 5:15pm. There’s one cashier ringing up a line of about 7 people by himself. He’s wearing a plain black hat, which I personally thought looked pretty nice on him, but admittedly I wouldn’t have thought anything about it at all if it weren’t for the manager. Not only was she not helping him deal with the 5 o’clock rush, (that he was doing a fantastic job of handling by himself,) but she was actively keeping him from being able to interact with any single one of the customers by standing there berating him loudly in front of everyone about his hat, and kept doing so even after he removed it. That appeared extremely unprofessional and I would absolutely hate to work under that woman. It made the entire store uncomfortable and everyone seemed to pick up on it except for her. It was really unfortunate and it made Weigels seem like it’s secretly a miserable place for it’s employees."
