"Horrendous company full of so many incompetent employees. For starters no one ever answers the phone. Doesn’t matter what time of day. They also give you different information every time you call. I’ve been waiting for them to switch my utilities into a different name for a month now and they are just hoarding my deposit and refusing to send it when it should have been transferred by now. Makes it not worth living in this stupid city dealing with them everyday"
"I needed my power transfered went in and paided deposit they said the power would be on by 5 pm well the next morning still nothing called and was told tech.had med. Emergency that the power would be on later still nothing called again and was told they was onway got home from work still nothing . WAITING ON POWER !!!"
"There was a water pipe broke on our street late last night. The City of Oak Ridge and the gentleman worked through the night while snow from the winter snow was coming down. I have great admiration for these guys. Thank you for always being on top of ensuring the people of the city are taken care of. Love living here. No where else like it."
"The most unprofessional utility company around. Will not answer phone..Friday of course, goes to busy signal then disconnects. They Remodeled the office to still have a small wait room, not enough cashiers nor phone reps yet sits in a govt. town made of money. When did you ever see a bank teller answering incoming calls while waiting on patrons...right, you haven't. Only here have i ever seen this type of nonsense. Why not build up or find a bigger building? What is the damn problem?!"
