I explained to her what it was I was looking for and she knew almost instantly where it was in the store. Because of this experience I will definitely be back."

"I scheduled a meningitis vaccine for my daughter then received a text that it was cancelled "due to unforeseen circumstances." I went by the pharmacy to see why and was told "the computer thought we were out of vaccine but here's some right here" as she found it in the vaccine fridge. The pharm tech rescheduled my daughter for that evening. We returned & had to complete the paperwork again after waiting 25 minutes past our appointment time. We were told it would cost $170 & I reminded the pharmacist that she hadn't asked for insurance. We waited longer for her to run the insurance. About 10 or so minutes later, she came out to tell us the vaccine was expired and couldn't give it. Honestly, worst service ever."

"The worker at the drive thru window was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. We try so hard to be so kind during this crazy time in our history, try to tip well and commend those in the work force! I’m hoping this was just a bad day for this girl (H) but I am shocked at the way this employee talked to us. I know good workers are hard to find but kindness isn’t hard to give CVS!"
