"It’s always my pleasure to go to Chick-fil-A for any meal. The managers and staff are very professional yet personable. The food is always delicious and healthy and the service is excellent. Chicken is my one of two favorite foods the other is seafood. I’m also pleased to know that Chick-fil-A owners and franchisers are devout Christians and they are closed on Sundays. God said work is good and everybody live in a little town known as Oak Ridge and whenever I pass a Chick-fil-A they are always very very busy but no matter what they work very hard to still provide quick service without sacrificing quality and temperatures of the food."
"Everyone is always nice, and the line typically moves pretty quickly. It's usually always busy with a very long line, but never a long wait time. I normally order a bowl of soup and chicken nuggets. The macaroni and cheese is amazing!!"
"I love this location. The food is always cooked perfect BUT this is the third time in the past two weeks they’ve gotten my order wrong and also not included the sauces I asked for. I’m only posting this in hopes the manager sees it and has the employees pay a little more attention to details. I’ve never had this problem here so maybe there are some new people skimming over it. Either way please attentive to what people are ordering! Other than that this location is great and the fries and chicken is always the perfect crispness without being over done."
"Always a great experience at this Chick-fil-A location! Whether order is place through the drive-thru, inside, or mobile order it is always delivered timely and with exceptional customer service. The condiment station is always stocked, and the restaurant and bathrooms are clean. My order is always correct and fresh."
