"First home buying experience and we ran into a rhonda strasser. She represented the sellers and by far most unprofessional person Ive ever met. Guess what...didnt even meet her. We would send documentation to her and she would respond via text....text???? How old are you? 11? Text messages, for future reference, are not professional nor legal. She single handedly lost the sale for a very nice couple. Guess what, the house we ended buying was bigger, better and same price yet in her last demeaning email to our realtor she made it sound like the house she was trying to sell was too big for our britches. I really hope this couple break away from her so they have a fighting chance."
