"Closest hotel to our destination. Clean, hard beds. Older motel with some updates. Very loud traffic noise and impossible to block out the lights outside the room. Quoted price for my small dog, then charged me more. No one available for check out. Had to trust they wouldn't overcharge. But they did."

"You get what you pay for, for sure! Floors creaked, vinyl planks were not put down properly. Bathtub did not drain like it should. There was mold on the shower wall. On the plus side, it was across the parking lot from Dunkin Donuts and walking distance to Wendy's and McDonald's. The room served the purpose for 2 nights. The girl at the desk gave us 2 Nutrigrain bars bc they don't have breakfast."

"As someone who never leaves reviews, I am writing this to urge anybody who is considering staying here not to do so. When we arrived, it smelled old and musty, we checked the sheets and they had a hole in them. We used the restroom, and realized there was a pubic hair on the shower wall. We even felt the need to put toilet paper down to cover the seat because it just felt that gross in there. We spent about 20 minutes looking for another reservation. We decided to leave and ask if there was any chance for a refund. The manager on duty asked if we wanted another room, and we were already sure this wasn’t the place for us. He insisted, but so did we, and so he just decided to go and check our room out himself before coming back to us, to tell us that we already used the bed, the bathroom, a bar of soap, and a washcloth. So we explained that we checked the bed, and sat on it as there were multiple stains on the single chair they had. We also explained that we used the restroom and that we had to wash our hands, which just seems like a no brainer. There was no reasoning with them. He said if we had come in 10 minutes he would’ve given us a 100% refund, but I don’t even believe that. And it would’ve had to be cleaned again anyway because it was disgusting. My boyfriend ended up grabbing me and insisting we left, since there was no reasoning and it was just a truly horrible experience. No refund, but there are many better accommodations nearby."

"Its not a 5 star hotel, but for what it I give them a 5 start rating. The room was clean, nice owners. It's not worth the $150 per night, but it is St Joe on a weekend. Other hotels were double."

"I thought it was great. As you can see from other reviews I've written, I'm not afraid to tell you how it really is. My husband and i actually thought it was pretty good. The beds were a bit hard but not horrible. It was freshly painted, and floors were newer. I loved the bagged breakfast they have for you. It's basic but we took it on the road with us and it was a perfect snack. It's close enough to downtown St. Joe but far enough the rooms are fairly priced. We would definitely stay there again."
