"This was a surprise solo mommy getaway. I enjoyed every moment. The food and drinks were to die for. I highly recommend the Irish coffee, and lobster Mac and cheese. Wonderful atmosphere, and delicious food. The staff were wonderful! Friendly and accommodating without being fake"

"Rooms are nice we had an issue with first room they put us in was not cleaned properly and food was open and a bottle of liquor was missing. but they switched our room for us. Hot tub is great indoor to outdoor. Place looks nice. Convenient location rooms need to have microwaves because the food from the tavern was not very good at all. Soup was the only good part."

"We had a fantastic stay during our holiday vacation. The staff and amenities were just what we were looking for. The bellman greeted us with a smile and educated us on the property. The food in Plank's was fantastic, a must try for brunch and dinner! The pool and hot tub was just what we needed. We were also able to the complimentary shuttle to into town to check out a local spots! So nice to be able to have a reliable, safe ride back to the hotel. We can't wait to return in the summer and enjoy all their offerings."

"Lovely stay! We stayed over the holidays and had the best time. Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Loved being greeted by The bellman, very friendly. Then checking in and getting a welcome cocktail was amazing. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious. We enjoyed dinner at planks and had wonderful service. Love the sea trout. Great views and amenities , we can’t wait to return. Best in town!"

"I came here in January with my 2 children on my birthday because the original hotel i wanted with a water park said that it was closed due to an accident. I took a leap of faith after reading some reviews thinking the location and price would be a decent place. It is not a family friendly hotel by any means. The pool and hot tub are so small that when another family came we were practically on top of another. The dining downstairs was happy hour so that was probably why I felt so uncomfortable eating their with my children. My 8 year old burned himself on the fire place. There's no signs saying caution also it looks like a fake screen one cause of the glass but it's not. So while I spent most the night applying ice and running cold water on his burn. My 4 year old started playing on the phone. I checked several times and heard no one or a ring tone. Than around 10:30 pm I get pounding on the door that scared me and my kids. A man claiming to be the manager threatening to call the police on me cause my 4 year old dialed the front desk. I couldn't sleep.after that I felt so shook up that I try to drift off but the loud heater kept waking me up. The scene is industrial should of went to holiday Inn honestly. Than the next morning I hear loud machinery and banging. Oh wait it gets better as I'm packing to leave their were bugs in the bed crawling around. Hotel from hell. I didn't get a call back from the other manager I informed of this. I can't believe I paid for this treatment. Beware families"
