"Host pulled the dates, held our deposit for two months, cashed the check. After following Jennifer's directions on downloading the rental agreement and mailing a check in May, she informed us that the property was not available since someone else had reserved it online. Wish we would have known. She confirmed receipt of our deposit and told us she was returning it. Mid-June, no check. Told me she was out of state, and would address it...in September. Mid-July, the check was cashed! Told me that was impossible. Upon seeing confirmation from the bank, she finally returned our deposit via Venmo. The disinterest and disorganization are disappointing, since we had rented through them several times before without incident (thus 2 stars instead of 1)."

"I rented this property for my wedding weekend for my wedding party to stay in. Overall we had a good experience however there were high points and low ones I wanted to share for future renters. The Pros: - House was in a great location and easy walking to everywhere downtown. - Big enough to fit everyone for sleeping. - Discussing logistics with Jennifer was easy and she responded quickly to emails and texts. The Cons: - The house is old, floor and doors were very creaky and sound traveled through the entire house easily. - The rental provides no towels or bathroom rugs which was a bit of an inconvenience when we had any water spills or dripping in the bathroom."

"I had an AMAZING vacation with my family! We loved it so much, and the town/beach nearby, that we came back with our (quite large) extended family! We had to find a bigger space, but Jennifer the host was above and beyond helpful and had plenty of houses we could choose from. I would recommend this business to anyone, you won't be let down!"
