"We built with Steiner in 2019 and couldn't be happier. As the other reviews state, you pick a plan and then customize it to your liking. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond. The attention to detail and the quality of the craftsmanship were simply amazing. We asked for and customized a four car garage and gave the dimensions of our screened porch/composite decking, and as I'm sure most people do, we made quite a few changes to the plan along the way and they never hesitated to make it happen. I can't say enough good things about Jason, our project manager and Tony, who takes care of any of our warranty needs. Both went above and beyond. I've heard many horror stories of home building and I've heard people say that they would never build a house again but I have to say I didn't experience this. Everything is taken care of up front so there are no surprises/stresses along the way. If I were ever to have to build again, I would have no problem doing so and I would choose Steiner."
