"Closed my account several months ago through the demotte location. Continuously received calls from an automated message about owing a balance. Called anytime (took a week to get a response) assured me there was no balance, was told to ignore it. Now getting calls from a debt collector. No one will answer the phone or is at the facility during the staffed hours."
"A clean facility with adequate equipment. Was charged this April 1 my monthly fee for services rendered, which they are not providing because they are currently CLOSED. Since they have not contacted me, or friends who are also members, I wonder if they plan to refund our money."
