"Pathetic. First and last visit. Pharmacy auto phoned to say prescription would not be ready at stated time and that we would receive a call when it was ready. Then they closed! No call. No meds for sick husband. Store Manager told me it was I didn't call with insurance info. It doesn't work that way, Walgreens. Took 25 minutes for anyone to apologize for the problem. Final insult: As I left, the store manager uttered Have a Nice Day. Safe words that really are a passive aggressive flip off. Taking my business elsewhere."
