"Billing - Apparently the office dropped my provider this year. Did not let me know. So when calling regarding the money owed, I was told I have to meet my deductible. I explained in network is just co-pay as in the past. I was told to call my insurance. She knew all along that the insurance was dropped and never said anything. Very unprofessional."

"Update: I received an apology call from the very sincere office manager Joyce and we were able to chat for a few about my experience. She also mentioned Sandra offered to call me too which I appreciate. I am leaving the review since I can’t stay with this office after my interaction (along with a weird billing issue in July) but I would like all to know that they did reach out. Ty Joyce! All my best @Sandra - if you’re reading this - we all have bad days when work has us feeling the pressure and we let it show. Hang in there - Original Review - I had super high hopes for this office after my husband and I become established with Mallory in July. We really liked her and I even let go of a billing mess that happened after that visit bc I wanted our new relationship with them to work. But today, after an interaction with “Sandra” we will have to move on and I’m super bummed. I’ve been in client services for 25 years and if one of my team spoke to a client the way Sandra spoke to me today it would be a huge problem. If office management cares at all you may want to pull the call. I understand office staff are under pressure and I extend grace every chance I get. But this interaction was alarming and so unnecessary. Disappointing"
