"P.T. is usually not something I would look forward to however Rush PT in Demotte is different than most I've gone to! They LISTEN to your symptoms and not only on the initial intake evaluation, but every single time you come in, they inquire how you're feeling and how you responded to the last therapy session. They change things up each time so you actually look forward to going and not think it's a waste of time and that you could be doing this at home much more conveniently. Of course the exercises and stretching can cause discomfort but they end the sessions with hands on to determine how your muscles are responding....understand and work on trigger points and help work those out! A perfect combo between stretching, strengthening and muscle relaxation. So happy I decided to pursue this modality for sciatic pain! Many thanks for all you do!"
