"I'd give zero stars if I could. I checked their hours online. Open till seven on Sunday. Drove 20 minutes, got there at 6:30 only to find they are closed. Sign said new pharmacy hours. Apparently, no one updated their online hours. What a complete clown show. Time to go to Walgreens."
"Disgusted with CVS and Caremark. Had to wait 4 hours for pain med for my child after surgery. They would not adjust the script to their allowed amount and then after they finally got the prescription figured out they made me wait another 30 minutes to fill it while my daughter was in excruciating pain. They really have compassion for their customers"
"I ordered a refill on Thursday for my husband. I used the number off of his prescription bottle. I used the dial in refill like I always do. I went to pick the prescription up and was told there wasn’t a refill. The tech said they were trying to reach the doctor for authorization. I said I knew there was a refill. She double checked and they were trying to fill the wrong medicine. I told her the medicine I needed with the refill number again and she said it would be ready Sunday. I went back on Tuesday and was told that there was no prescription for him. I asked the tech to fill it. She said it would be ready in twenty minutes. I went back several hours later and was told they didn’t have the medication. They would order it and I could get it tomorrow. No phone call or text telling me this. I will never go to this cvs again!!! Poor customer service!!!!"
