"I have given them 5 stars on my other Google account but did business with them again today and they were so understanding about knocking the price down in order for me to buy the very item I came in to purchase that was priced at 180 needless to say like usual they accepted what I had on me and just traded some games still not having enough and I walked out a happy customer with the limited time Pokemon 3DS"

"They are so nice and extremely fair when it comes to pricing and trades even when you request cash for what you bring even when completely unsolicited if it's something they can actually sell they'll give you a very fast and fair figure that's usually quite reasonable when looking online at the actual value.. They basically make sure they don't lose money on buying your old stuff you don't want but other than that they really seem to just take slim margins for themselves upon reselling Customer Service has always been either immediately or very quickly and only second in line anyways and then once they are available they are so cool even to little kids they have 1 dollar pokemon cards for them on the counter too 10/10 5/5 I've sold my vintage pokemon here at times as well and got a fair price last summer"

"Hands down my favorite retro game store. Games are fairly priced, large selection and friendly staff. The guy with tattoos who plays metal in the store is always patient and is chill to talk to. I come here all the time and look forward to shopping and browsing here."

"They’re mostly fair and reasonable at times. But a few of the trips & interactions with this place (going back some time now) have been very jarring. Awhile back, I was here and as soon as I enter, I was bombarded with deafening screamo music and the guy (tall dude with dark hair and glasses) goes right to the back after a brief exchange while his gigantic dog continues roaming inside the store. This dude’s dog kept sniffing me and following me around. Seemed very out of place for a business - especially as I am allergic to pet hair / dander. After this, I just decided to walk out as I clearly came in at a bad time. It was such a bafflingly odd and uncomfortable experience. I’ve been in other times where the guy with tattoos was very helpful & the experience was alright -so I guess it’s really hit or miss here. Some time later, they had gotten in something I was interested in and promoted via social media. However, they also noted that trade ins taken in used towards said item would not be accepted. Maybe I misunderstood their meaning on that policy (definitely a first for any retro game store I have been to in the area), but that was enough to make me not want to come back."
