"I went to file sales tax at the office for a few months asked for help to fill out the form the have me. I had my sales. I asked If i can get help with filling it out properly with the penalties and all. I was told I had to do it myself instructions are on the other half of the page given to me. I told her I didn't understand what they wanted in some of the lines to be filled out she told me you have to do it your self it's not our job to help with that. So I filled out what I can to the best of my ability and asked the other lady there when I turned in the form if I did it right she said I think so but yet a few weeks later I get a sales tax bill for not filling out the for right. I need everything to be right because I have licences die for renewal and now all that got held up due to their staffs ignorance. I spoke with my accountant he told me that it was wrong what was done that they should of helped it's what their job is..very dissatisfied with the way this was handled and now Its outing a damper on my work..we as business owners sell and collect sales tax for the state which also pays for the people to helps us with filling these forms. So sad what it has come to I do hope the get their stuff together."

"Didn't appreciate sitting in the waiting area yesterday listening to my wife get belittled by one of the women clerks there for not know how to fill out some BT form or something, all just so she could set up the appropriate tax account. I came to keep my wife company and sat quietly, until I got outside and looked at my wife and said, "I don't know how you were able to take that, she treated you like a child" If all my wife wanted to do was file her business paperwork to PAY taxes... Why did she have to be treated that way?! Not very customer friendly."
