"The kids had fun but I miss the anamontroincs and the tokens and tickets. The music leaves many things to be desired and it was very expensive. The pizza however has vastly improved. They need more staff."

"First I’ll like to THANK Kiowa for the amazing service he given my daughter on her first birthday. I was so nervous to throw her a party knowing that she’s only 1 and a lot of people may not show. When walking in my nerves went away! He greeted me so kindly and was already so happy to have me as his party table. He went over the paperwork and confirmed my party count, he asked me about the drinks and pizza, and checked on me throughout the party. I instantly forgot that I walked in worried about how the party would go because he kept a smile on my face and my party table. Everyone was so amazed at his customer service skill and to find out that he was NEW made it unbelievable. The manager of the party team came over to speak to me and also kept checking in on us. He was so respectful and helpful as well. I came here for my nephew birthday the month before and met the same manager. He was the main reason I came back thank you Sieon! Everyone including the host at the front door was super nice and friendly. I wish Tinley Park and other locations can see how a kid location should be ran because this was the best experiences I had with Chuck E. Cheese. I’ll definitely be back in the future to have more partys here or just to take my girls out! I love how almost all the games actually work here and only 2 games was out of order which is amazing been to arcade where half the games was out so this place is on point about everything! Thank you guys for being amazing good job and I hope nothing but the best for this location and their staff ❤️"

"Overall great store. Great experience. There wasn’t enough staff. There was maybe like 3 people working. The lady at the the entrance, the man behind the counter taking food and game pass orders, and the man walking the lobby. The two men were taking turns in the lobby and behind the counter but things were getting hectic because people were starting to come in rapidly and having to wait longs times to be waited on. The workers weren’t having an attitude about it which was great. But they definitely need a little more help. The games were working but felt like a rip off because the jackpot games were like 62 tickets and lower. Jackpot should be at least 100 or 200. What the point of 62 jackpot if I can win 20 tickets from the game."

"This location in particular is awesome and the staff is consistent with the excellent customer service within the last two years of me coming here. I can't express enough the gratitude I have for the staff as they deliver the best customer service in the area! They were great both times I had parties here with my intellectually disabled sister. Also they really do make the effort to make sure the kids are having fun and the whole entire party have a Wonderful experience. Thanks yall!"
