"I had previously given Toland realty and Jami Johnson 5 stars, I purchased my home in April of '21, and Jami Johnson was my go to she was super helpful and I have no ill will towards her nor Toland Realty, however she did reccomend an inspector, which she knew personally and everything was fine(on paper) But here I am less than 2 years in and my hot water heater has already had to be replaced, the ac/heating unit is going out. The chimney cap was replaced and now is leaking again, into the fireplace. The tubs were supposed to be refinished and now I see they melted some plastic over the bad spots( now that there has been continuous use) and smoothed them out and they're now starting to warp, the electrical is not good as two lights have gone out due to bad wiring. And sometimes if I use too many things at once the lights will flash periodically. I just feel like I was duped and I haven't been able to fully enjoy my home because all of these things keep happening, and I'm shelling out money I shouldn't have because I was assured everything was in tip top shape before the sale by the inspection I paid money for. I'm sorry Jami Johnson but it's been an aweful experience thus far. Update 8/14/23 Just goes to show that this realty company is only concerned with the sale and not providing continued support. I left the above review 7 months ago with no sort of reply from Jami Johnson or the Toland team. 0/0 would not reccomend this company as they have agreements with the inspectors to get these homes off the market fast! One tip if you do decide to purchase through toland is hire your own , unbiased outside inspector so you know you will not be in a predicament a year after you've purchased your home as they make everything look good on paper to sell the home and im sure since I was reccomended a certain inspector that he also got some money on the back end! They really should be investigated by the state"

My now-husband used Brian to purchase our home in 2017, and then we used Brian again to sell the home when moving to another state in 2020. And the best part is: We were able to sell our home for more money than we initially expected (we got some great offers!), and Brian worked hard to negotiate a deal that was both advantageous to us and also attractive to the buyer. All in all, Brian made our home selling process a super QUICK one and an overall positive experience, and I respect his incredible, go-getter work ethic! I will not hesitate in recommending Brian to anyone I know who is in the market for an excellent realtor!"
