"My car was towed from a “handicapped” spot when the complex’s office opened on a saturday morning. I am attaching pictures of said handicapped spot. There is no sign and the striping on the road is completely faded. I went inside the office to try and speak with someone about who had my car towed. All the workers said it wasn’t them. I called the towing company and they gave me the name of the person working at the Grove who had it towed. First they lie about having it towed. The following monday my mom called trying to speak to the manager and she had someone screening her calls. Once she found out what the issue was she avoided my mom at all costs and wouldn’t answer the phone. This apartment complex is a joke and I will continue to leave bad reviews until they resolve the matter. I am attaching photos of the parking spot at night when i originally parked and photos from the day time when they had it towed."
"Honestly a pretty decent apartment system for your buck. I got it for about 750 a month, and it comes with free water as part of the rent, along with a kitchen and washer and dryer. Each bedroom gets their own walk in closet and full bathroom as well which is great. My only two complaints might be that the washer and dryer are loud and the internet in my room is not very fast. Also maintenance comes relatively fast and I’ve never seen a bill for it, so I wonder if it’s free?"
"I absolutely love the grove! i live in the updated 3 bedroom space and it is very spacious and i have a good sized room with a walk in closet and a huge bathroom! they make it very easy to request maintenance and get packages from the front! I would 100% recommend staying at The Grove you will not regret it!"
"I LOVE The Grove!! They give you a sense of community with several events throughout the year getting the residents together. The apartment itself is very nice. Mine is the upgraded version and it is absolutely worth the extra money. When I moved in the apartment was clean and it was also a very easy process! The people who work at the office are also very friendly!!"
"Out of all the places to live as a student in Auburn, this is your best bet. I’ve lived here for 4 years now and have rarely had a complaint. The maintenance gets done quickly, the management is always friendly, and the events are a small but mighty example of the effort the Grove put into their residents. I have lived at other apartments in AU, but no one does it like the Grove."
