"First, this will be a positive review. Secondly, I have a story to tell. It will be of length but worth the read. A few Saturdays ago it was extremely hot as July can be. I was home alone and cutting grass. About 1:30p I stopped to take a break and as the mower shut off I heard the outside a/c unit humming. Checked the few things I knew to check and decided rather quickly that I needed repair. Called the local company that has serviced the unit for years, left a message and waited for a call back. When I hadn't received a call back in an hour I called again. Waited again for a little over an hour and called back. Realizing I wasn't getting anywhere and the house was continuing to heat up I looked online for someone else locally. Saw that Able was close and hoped that they might at least give me a call back. Gave them a call and guess what, someone actually answered the phone. Not only someone, but their service tech Justin. At that point it hadn't registered with me that they actually have Saturday hours. Spoke with Justin for a minute or so. He said that they could come out in morning, Sunday, or he was still technically open as he answered the phone at 4:28 just before their 4:30 closing time. Justin was at my house within 20 minutes. Diagnosed the problem and had the system up and running within 15 minutes. He took the time to do a couple other things to the system while he was there. This young man went out of his way to be of service. Not only is that a reflection of his character but also the company he represents. Ya just don't find 'em like that much anymore. All my future business will go to Able. Give them a try, no way you will be disappointed. And as a closing, my previous company returned my repeated calls on Sunday, some 22 hours after my first contact."

"We’ve been using Able for several years for our heating and cooling problems. They always get us back up and running. While repairing our AC, the technician noticed an unrelated problem with our furnace exhaust ducts that could have been life threatening in the coming winter due to carbon monoxide poisoning. Rust along the top of the ducts deteriorated the metal so much there were huge cracks and holes. Not knowing how long it had been that way, I was extremely thankful he noticed it. We’re glad to have a quality hvac company that we can depend on in our area. They are friendly, professional, and reasonably priced."
