"My daughter's car wouldn't start due to the cold weather when she left work tonight so i came by to see if i could jump start it. After 10 minutes it still didn't get enough juice so I resigned myself to spending another 30 minutes trying when this gentleman in a yellow safety vest pulled up and asked if we needed help. He popped his portable jump starter on and it started immediately. He was able to tell the battery was good as it was charging up nicely. He handed me his card and went on his way. I wanted to thank him for his courtesy and saving our bacon!"
