"They like to hang up the phone so they don't have to listen too it ring. Didn't really want to trust them with my vehicle anyway. Now I definitely won't."

"I stood here for 10 mins waiting to pick my car up from a tire rotation and they would rather help the people that were here before me. And my car has been done since 12:30. And it’s now 4:45"

"First off I tried calling for 5 days straight but no one answers the phone there..I don't recommend this place whatsoever for anything for your car...first off we ordered tires online so I could have them put on my car there along with an oil change. We get there and find out that my order was canceled for no reason. We showed the guy the order and he said "we haven't had those in a year" I was like why does the app say that then? He said I'll check but we don't have them. He comes back and tells me they are there. Okay fine then let's put them on. My money still wasn't in my account from them taking it out and they wouldn't put them on. I had to wait till Walmart put the money back on my card a few days later. A manager was there when I pulled in and I wasn't in a parking space because I was having both rhings done, this guy comes flying out yelling at me about how I can't park there! I was being nice until I finally said I wasn't sure which lane to be in and told him I bought tires, he says YOU BOUGHT TIRES?? I said yeah I bought them here you want to ask tthe guys inside??? They were rude af when asked about putting my new hubcaps on since they had to take them off anyway, they snap on basically) .. We can, but they might break .. wow, okay, then never mind. I wouldn't want you to hurt yourself I was thinking...They didn't even bother to put my old ones back on even ... The attitude I got was unbelievable... nope never again"

"They were really slow. The manager. Didn't know what was going on that day. We waited for 2 hours when they said roughly 45 min. to an hour. The manager called someone who came waaayyy after we were there to come back to the store for their tires. When they get there she tells them that she couldn't get them. They didn't even have our car pulled in for service.. I asked how much longer 2-3 hours. So needless to say we canceled. And went to Hannibal, and they had the car done within 30 minutes!!"

"I purchased a new battery from Walmart. Put it in myself with no issues. 6 months later and every time I went to start the car, the battery was dead. I went to have it tested at Troy MO location. They confirmed the battery was defective. Since Walmart offers free installation I asked them to swap out the battery and they refused. The battery is located behind the driver side wheel well so you have to take the tire off to get to it. They knew this because as soon as I told him what kind of car it was he sighed and said "oh well that's going to take at least 2 hours." Fast-forward to after determining the battery was bad all the sudden they couldn't do it because the "thread on my tire was too low" (which it isn't) and made it a "safety issue" so they couldn't put the tire BACK ON after replacing the battery. They just didn't want to do the work even though I was sold a defective battery and had to be inconvenienced multiple times due to a dead battery. Side note: A couple months prior to the defective battery situation, I took my car in to get an oil change and fluids topped off. 3 weeks later my car was running weird so I checked the oil and it was 3 quarts low!!! I haven't had an issue with the car using oil before this or since I put more oil in it. I know I should've called but like the battery situation, I know they would have given some off-the-wall reason to place the blame on me or some other cause. Just beware of this location and if you must have your car serviced here. Double check their work. Better safe than sorry...."
