"I really appreciated and valued the time and service I received from Scott's. To be totally honest, they easily could've taken me for a ride for every last dollar I had to my name. But they didn't. I brought it to several places beforehand and no one could pinpoint the exact problems or how to resolve them, or estimated several thousand dollars upfront. I also feel like the other places didn't really listen to me when I was trying to explain the problems and issues I was experiencing. But at Scott's, they were very thorough, honest and upfront about the issues my vehicle was having and what was causing them. From there, they took the time to help me figure out what the best options would be for my truck and my situation. Being treated with Respect and Courtesy, as well as being heard and listened to, specifically as a Woman was a huge Relief and a breath of Fresh Air! Especially after some of the encounters I had at a couple of other places prior to going to Scott's. I highly recommend going to Scott's for any kind vehicle issues or automotive needs! I know I'll be going there from now on, with every vehicle I have! I really do have so much appreciation and respect for Scott's and they will be the first place I go with any kind of vehicle issues I may have in the future, and the first place I'll recommend to my friends and family."
