"If I could give a ZERO star review I would. Between Pat and Gabby, you will always get two different stories. We were left with a bill for over $500 after being told to NOT pay for another bill. Cuivre River set up our meter to our neighbors and vice versa dating back to 2018. While we were issued a check (basically begged for that because they tried not giving us our money that was owed to us and apply it as a credit even though they knew we were moving) we were specifically told to NOT pay another bill at all and the account will be zero. Gabby seems to not care that those were the instructions we were given exclusively from Pat. The billing department is poorly ran and no communication amongst employees. While I also work in billing, if Gabby worked for my company - she’d be fired for the way she speaks to customers. Pitiful."
"Dont go with this company if you dont have to i called in and paid the amount due and they still turned around and disconnected my service, i called in to speak to someone and i just got a bumch of clueless women that just kept repeating theirselves, and didn’t even know the definition of what a bill is. Then had the nerve to lie and tell me that i dont know what im talking about but i literally pay my bill the same way ive always paid my bill for the last five years"
"Have project house in Troy and no one lives there work on it only on weekends and was billed 350! For ONE MONTH…… thermostat is set to 65 in the winter. Ridiculous company I pay 135 a month at my home in Saint peters with Ameren and actually live there and use the electric way more."
"Their service is usually good, but they completely dropped the ball with the idiots they subcontracted to do their tree trimming. These guys destroyed expensive landscaping shrubs that were not trees, then when my husband tried to stop them, they got angry and walked onto the middle of my lawn and cut down apple trees that were nowhere near their lines, just out of spite. I only wish I had any other option."
"The worst Phone payment. Takes you 3-7 days of trying before it except your card in anyway. Fix your systems. Been going on for the past year at least. Again, fix your systems. There is 100% no way you don't know about these issues."
