Led by our expert instructor, Becky, who has over 17 years of experience in transforming lives through Pilates, our studio is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you're a seasoned athlete, a former dancer, recovering from surgery, or embarking on a new fitness journey, Becky’s personalized approach ensures that every session is tailored to meet your individual needs.

Our offerings include twice-weekly mat classes and weekly reformer/equipment training sessions, designed to keep your body strong, agile, and healthy. Many of our clients have experienced life-changing benefits, from alleviating chronic back pain to enhancing post-pregnancy recovery, all while enjoying a welcoming community and supportive guidance.

At Pilates on the Plains, we are committed to making Pilates accessible to everyone. We accept various payment methods, including cash, check, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, to ensure your convenience.

Join us Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM, or Saturday from 8:30 to 11:30 AM. We are closed on Sundays.

I stayed in Auburn last summer and went to Pilates on the Plains as a way to last-minute prep for my wedding - my dress suddenly didn't fit less than 6 months before the big day! Becky is an instructor who puts immense care into guiding her clients through proper movements, while instructing them on how not to compromise their form. She’d prefer her clients to modify their movements rather than do a set that could hurt themselves, which is rare to find in other studios.
