"I got an appointment for oil change. I did it the last time at pep boys Birmingham alabama for about $100 and got %30 discount and i paid about $70-75. I came to auburn alabama (1347 S college st) and they wanted to charge me $194 for oil change! I said i got oil change from Birmingham pep boys last month it was $100. They said your filter is expensive. There are 2 options. Either he lied or other pep boys put a wrong filter in my car! I know the filter is about $20 in bmw service."

"Got a full service oil change but all they did was change my oil. Didn't rotate my tires like they were supposed to neither did they let me know that they noticed my fluids were extremely low in my car durng the courtesy vehicle check. Also my back up camera stopped working right after they "just changed my oil". 1/10 recommend. Definitely won't be back."

"I normally wouldn't score a shop this low but I spent almost $1000 to get my car repaired. I had a wheel alignment, oil change and fuel injection cleaning done. I had to wait for car parts to come in which was okay. After spending 6hrs at the shop, I was satisfied with services until I went to work the next day with the same issues I had before. I returned to the shop and spoke with the same associate that assisted the previous day and was told to come back in 3 says when the master technician would be there."

"I've visited this location twice: once in April and again today (August). On the April visit, I came in for a routine checkup with my 2014 Mazda3 Sport. I got a synth oil change and also asked the techs to check on some concerns. The traction and tire pressure lights kept sporadically coming on, weird off-balanced sounds come from the wheels when driving at low speeds, and scrubbing sounds whenever the wheel is turned all the way in either direction while making a turn. I also requested that they please park my car the same way I had it for when I leave. I back into my parking spaces always, as I have so much anxiety backing back out. (Don't ask why. I don't know. Lol) They say no problem. Well they changed the oil just fine. This is the end of any positive experience with this establishment. My appointment was for 9:30, for which I showed up 15 minutes early for. I had to be at work by 11:30. They took 3 and a half hours, and did not address any of the other concerns whatsoever. I had no time to hash through why they didn't. The tech, of course, parked my car how he wanted to... Once I'd arrived to work an hour and a half late, I realized the tech that "worked" on my car had taken it upon himself to remove my apartment parking pass to place a stupid servicing sticker in it's place! So I had to pay for a replacement. For today's visit, I came in to re-address the dashboard lights and the noises coming from my wheels. Yet again, 9:30 appointment, loooooooong wait times. They took 2 and a half hours to even get to my Mazda and once they did, they brought up rear brake pads, and the fact that they can't diagnose why the lights keep coming on because they have to actively be on at the time so they can scan it. Nevermind actually looking at the wiring or sensors manually I guess! I had to go ahead and leave without doing anything as I needed to get to the post office before it closed. I wish I could say I won't be back, but my SilverRock warranty requires that I come to this location! I haven't once gotten all the service I've asked for so far! Maybe the 3rd time will be the charm? I'm so aggravated!!"
