"I received a pair of shoes that were too big for Christmas. Wore them one time to the gym to see how they would feel. Tried to return them for half a size smaller but they said they wouldn’t exchange them bc they have been worn. The only thing was wrong with them was the bottom needed to be wiped off and they looked brand new after I did that."

"Sunday 8-7-2022, I went to the Footlocker in Auburn because I was having an issue with my online order, (customer service was not helpful at all). The young people in that store were extremely busy, but stopped what they were doing to help me with my issue. I am extremely grateful and will always be customer because of this experience."
