If there is nobody in the store but us and there were at least 2 workers, why were they by the register just eating and talking? Won't get my business today. It will be a long time before I go in there again."

"So disappointed in their lack of customer service. I came in with my children and a generously-loaded gift card their grandma. 3 associates... not one associate even said hello. We left without our purchasing after inquiring if a shoe we wanted could be ordered online or in-store. I guess we didn't look like we would be a sale and weren't worth a greeting."
