Our cycling sessions are designed to keep you engaged and motivated. Depending on the day's forecast, you can expect to spend between 5 to 30 minutes on the bike. Our skilled instructors blend various drills featuring different tensions, HPMs (heartbeats per minute), and watts with innovative rhythm movements, creating a vibrant and challenging ride for every participant.
Beyond cycling, each workout includes two diverse circuits, tailored to enhance strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, balance, and agility. The duration of each circuit ranges from 12 to 25 minutes, depending on the day's forecast, ensuring that you burn maximum calories while sculpting and toning your muscles.
