"What a fabulous workout. I was in town for the weekend and wanted to hit a class. The instructor was very motivating and the music was great. I judge my workouts by the number of calories that I burn. The most that I have ever burned in an hour cycle class had been 800. In this class I burned 772 calories in 45 minutes and my heart rate stayed in the orange zone the majority of the time. I am definitely coming the next time I am in Auburn."
"I've tried just about every boutique fitness studio there is to try and purvelo cycle studio is, by far, my favorite! The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the class is AMAZING! It definitely takes a few rides to get the hang of it, but it is the only workout I've experienced that is actually FUN and kicks my butt! 10/10!"
