"Today I called to figure out how to navigate making arrangements for my brother. Your female funeral director was so rude and lacked any level of compassion. I understand you deal with funerals constantly, but it's my first time. Handle people with care. I wasn't crying. I wasn't hard to understand. I was just trying to get basic information. The woman couldn't even try and sound kind, she was nasty. Her tone was condescending. It was disgusting. She should be ashamed. My daughter was heartbroken hearing the interaction."

"Tough to navigate your website. If you try the Crain Funeral Home - Anna - Legacy- the only obituaries you find, are ones that are 3-6 .months old. I had to go to the Crain Funeral Home site for Cape Girardeau to find the obituary for a friend at the Anna site."
