"Bought a sound bar 11/24. The remote is not working. It could be I'm missing something simple but I called Allstate Protection since I paid extra for extra protection to ask about the remote. Allstate says it takes 3 days for all the info to trickle over to them. So, why don't they say: if you purchase extra protection, you're screwed for the first three days, since these are the holidays and the weekend I'm probably screwed a little while longer."
"The cashier's have been removed, new self check machines have been added. I've changed my food shopping to another store chain. If I wanted to work for these china importers, I would fill out an application."
"I never have a problem with having to wait too long to get checked out, or if I decide to go to the self check, I rarely have to wait for one to be available. There is always someone close,but not too close, to help if you need it. I think Will and Trisha are great, friendly, and knowledgeable staff."
