"So in the beginning we had amazing service because we were spending 100k, then we had to have some warranty work done that took 3 months which should have only been about 2 weeks. Then we drive 260 miles to pick it up to find out that when they did the work they took the whole front of the 5th wheel panel off and said they scratched it but should buff out. It was pouring rain so we could not tell much. We got home at night so next morning go out and to discover it was not just A scratch but the entire front was scratched up. We call and spoke to Katie? Zack and a general manager Chris told them we were getting it fixed locally because we did not trust them after all the mess we been through. We got an estimate of $3k+ to fix the damage. Zack stated they needed a w9 and address to the company we had hired. We sent it over and still get anyone to call us back, they have not received a check or anything. The GM Chris has been called multiple times and never returns calls as he states he would. They screen called and never call the clients back. Poor customer service, don’t go buy there they reel you in with awesome service and then once they have your money they don’t care!!! Poor service, Poor management Amy Harrison"

"Is the best RV dealer hands down. Ryan our sales rep was excellent in helping us get the right camper. Mindy in finance was excellent very helpful and professional in every way possible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get an RV. I would like to also thank Loren and all the guys in the shop area for their hard work and helping us get ready to go home today. "Absolutely amazing place. Justin is a joy to deal with. Met us there after hours on his day off on a 'maybe'. We looked at several units and he answered all of our questions. I highly recommend the Anna location and Justin or JD as they call him. And as much as that part of the experience was enjoyable, this next part was truly disheartening. When it came time to do the paperwork, they took us in to Mindy's office. She was on the phone and we waited for her to finish up. When she did, her first words to us were, and I quote 'do you have the cashiers check'. Wait, What? Not a hi guys, how are y'all? No how was the drive here? No are you getting excited. Just simply do you have the cashiers check. At that moment, had it not been for Justin and the fact that we loved the one we chose, we would have gotten up and walked out. After being treated so highly by the rest of the staff, we were shocked to be treated with such indifference by her. I even had to ask to get copies of every thing that we signed. She definitely ruined the entire experience. We understand that sometimes people have bad days and we thought maybe that was the issue, until we expressed our concern with other staff. The response we got was 'oh, yeah, we hear that a lot'. I'm still giving them a rave review for 99%. Again, I would definitely do business with them again, I'd just personally request to not have to deal with her again. Everyone else, Kudos to a job well done!! Justin, you are amazing and I've given your contact information to several friends that are starting to look for new campers!"
