If you received a QR code for a return from an online store, bring it to Walgreens and a team member will print your label for you. There are no additional fees for using this FedEx location, and most FedEx Express and FedEx Ground packages are accepted. International packages with a U.S. originated address are also welcome.

Please ensure that your packages are securely sealed, properly labeled, and do not contain dangerous goods or hazardous materials other than UN 3373. Returns with pre-printed FedEx labels can be dropped off, and customers can request a return label from participating online stores for free polymailer packaging.

Packages will be held for up to 7 days, after which they will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility. If you need assistance or shipping supplies, visit a staffed FedEx location in Anna. Remember to box, seal, and label your packages before dropping them off at the Walgreens location. "Confusing convoluted counter intuitive and dysfunctional almost to the point that it seems their intention is to frustrate you into giving up and just waiting it out. Which btw is your best bet if you are waiting on a FedEx delivery and if you are thinking of calling the 800 don't. You will literally get more accurate info by making assumptions and guessing based on whatever info you already have."

"I drove 35 min to mail a package. When I arrived there was a note on the door saying they would be closed for 1 1/2 hours but there was no time stated when they would reopen. I waited 15 min, tried calling 800 number to find out what time they would be open. I was hold for 15 min and gave up and left. I understand things happen but communicate time frames."
