"We go to this park at least once a year or more with the students. They always have a great time! The Disc Golf course is fantastic, although there are currently improvements being made."

"Basketball and tennis courts, baseball diamonds, disc golf course, a couple playgrounds, a horse track and a swimming pool. Typically kept very clean and tidy. Quite a lot to do here for such a small community!"

"Watched the Harness Races at the Anna Fairgrounds, Anna City Park. This was at the beginning of Union Co Fair. The grass was cut close. It was pretty. The grandstands a bit discomfortable. They are aluminum. I would rather set on wood boards. But I know the aluminum/steel will last longer. Got a BBQ from Kiwanis which was good as always. Just didn't have French fries, I was a little bummed. But all in all the visit to the park was a nice one. The races are the best thing of the fair!"

"My daughter loves going to play at the park. It recently (in the last 10 years) has gotten new play equipment. There is even a small one for the younger kids. It offers a good selection of baseball fields for the teams to play on. There is a full track that surrounds most of the fields. There is also frisbee golf now offered sprinkled throughout the whole park. Pretty good size grandstands are available looking out over the track and most fields. They are good for the fair week when different activities go on like the derby or tractor pull. They have a newly built concession stand. It now has extra seating available for people to use during games or other activities. There is also basketball and tennis courts. They also offer horse stables which are good for use during the fair time. It also has a pretty good size pond that I have seen people fish in and when I was a kid use to have fishing contests but don't know if that is still offered. There is a public pool that opens at the beginning of summer and holds swim meets as well. The park hosts multiple different activities throughout the year. Easter egg hunts along with school trips yearly. Raffle dinners and charity decorations during Christmas time. Relay for life has been hosted here as well as other gatherings for local business with booths set up and bounce houses."
