"As a frequent guest of Lincoln county storage could not be more thrilled with the upkeep and management of the facilities. Although I do have a few notes as a guest number one restroom for the clients and guest constantly smells like marijuana and it is really offputting when I need to use the restroom and all I can smell is weed, secondly the 25 x 50 units have central heating but it is unfortunate that only one unit out of every three has the thermostat so if you want to change the temperature of your unit you have to wait until you see your neighbor kind of upsetting also understand overall five stars"

"I’m thrilled with my covered parking spot at Lincoln County Storage. The presence of a night guard provides a great sense of security, especially when we arrive late at night. The prepay special deal was a fantastic bonus, making it even more convenient. The consistently clean and brand-new-looking public bathrooms are a pleasant surprise. Their quick response to calls and the quiet, clean facility with keypad entry make this storage spot top-notch. I highly recommend it!"

"Sure looks like a leaking roof to me. Again poor ownership not taking responsibility for faulty product. First pic is evidence pic of past leaking. Second pic is of roof actively leaking during a storm. But again like Mitchell says “his units don’t leak.” You be the judge."

"I rented a large unit in Aug 2022. The unit was new and I was the first occupant. Upon retrieving my belongings in Aug 2023, it was observed that the unit had leaked rain and ruined a lot of my things and caused a serious mold issue. When the owner, Mitchell, was contacted and provided pics of the issues to include where the unit had leaked he stated nothing was covered and that his units "absolutely don't leak and are engineered to be dry." He failed to even try to come up with a solution. The next day while continuing to move my things a strong storm hit and the unit started actively leaking while I was there. I sent him pics and video of the leak and he failed to respond which is weird because the day before he sent me numerous text messages about how his units don't leak. But I guess when it is proven you are wrong it is easier to just stay quiet. Poor ownership qualities. The facility appears nice from the outside but the ownership and lack of responsibility reveals it is actually a shady business that doesn't take care of its customers. Be warned. I feel sorry for the guy who was moving his stuff in right after me because I know Mitchell didn't do anything to fix the problem. I was out on the 28th and I know from speaking to the office it was already rented starting Sept 1st."
