"I drove for the family at Witte for 7 years. The only reason I stopped was because of medical issues. I started with the school. No company is going to be perfect, but the family at Witte is damn close."

"Witte Bros Trucking is a great company to work for. No shortage of work to be done. Dispatch will take calls 24/7. I've worked for them and would work for them again if given the chance."

"I haven’t been here for too long, but so far everyone that I’ve come across has gone out of their way to try and help, and make me as successful as possible, from the safety team, to the dispatch, and to the incredible training staff. I have to thank God that he lead me to this company because it truly has been a blessing. But, If you’re wondering where you should start your driving career… this is who I’d choose."

"0 stars. Helped get me off the streets, then I get the covid vaccine, and couldn't drive for 2 days because my body couldn't move very well, from the vaccine, and they said if I couldn't work, I couldn't stay in the truck. Locked me out, then got mad and called me when they realized I had a hidden second key, and told me I wasn't supposed to be in truck. Says they will treat you like family, but if you have an issue, you are no longer an asset, and only a liability, and are no longer their family. I tried to be responsible, because we go to multiple warehouses, and get the vaccine, but no, if I can't make them money, I'm homeless, and nobody to be cared about. Then, I found other work, and out my 2 weeks in, and they decide to let me go a week early. Said I was the problem. Sorry I'm not an autonomic robot, I guess. But I emailed them and informed them to send me info on my school debt amount, so I could pay it in payments. I didn't hear from them until the end of the year. Where they called me and asked me where to send my w2s. A month goes by and I have a debt collector calling me, because they sent my debt to a collection agency. Claimed they didn't have a way to get a hold of me. So, if you want a nice honeymoon phase, then see their real colors, experience the betrayal, then the straight evil and sick methods of trying to ruin your personal credit score as a way to get even, then join Witte Bros."
