"The lady that was working the day my mom and sister went in to inquire about a memorial stone for my dads grave must have been having an awful day/week/year. She was extremely rude and acted like they were a complete waste of her time. Kept looking at her watch and the clock on the wall. In the end she told them bluntly she couldn’t help them. Very poor attitude to have when you’re in this kind of business."

"This place is terrible.I would not recommend it to anybody.It took them 21 months to get my son's headstone together and put in they ordered The wrong size they keep telling me That is what I ordered that is not what they showed me. Then they failed to send the blueprints to the Cemetery. about the first saying that we had put on the back. So the cemetery denied it so then we had to wait 5 more months for them to engrave it. Amd put it in With the other saying we had on the back. We tried to make multiple appointments to go up there.They hardly answer their phone and her and her mother were very rude They also did not call me or email me to let me though that it was in. They sent me a letter in the mail. Actually it was a bill in the mail. And wrote on that."
