"Indigo used to be my go-to place for massages. After a bad experience in April it took over a week for a manager to call me back. I was offered a comped massage with add on and rescheduled. At my next appointment, I was told the therapist couldn't do my add on. I booked again with another therapist that Indigo said could do my add on. The day before my massage I got a call saying actually no, that therapist can't do it. It's so frustrating to be given the run around when I used to love this place and recommended it highly to people. I loved their healthcare worker discount and was going to get a membership before all this. Three stars because the majority of therapists here do great work, but communication is lacking."

"I like deep tissue massages because I feel like they are the most effective at releasing tension. I usually get massages focused on my back and my legs. I have gotten plenty of decent back massages, but Kelly gives the best leg massages by far! Sometimes I didn’t even know I was tight somewhere until she starts pushing on it. She’s become my go-to masseuse while I’m in St Louis."
