"Handy car wash, nice staff. Good car wash only. Tried three plus vacuum and they all had poor suction. And now after a year it’s the same . Terrible suction on vacuums ."

"Paid for the $18 option (3rd tier) but our car didn't get clean. Usually we prefer the soft touch because it gets the grime off, but this time through it only cleaned the sides. The back of the car was smeared with dirt on the body and the window. The windshield had bugs all over it still so when I ran the wipers to dry it off (because the blower at the end didn't dry the car at all) it smeared all over the windshield. Our "underhang" should have been able to be reached but the sprayers here barely get the car wet before it is run through and then the rinse is just a bunch of droplets. We would need to go through 2 or 3 times for this car wash to even be close to working. What is the point of a car wash that doesn't work? Or having tiers if you get a $9 wash for $18? It runs you through bumper to bumper and super fast, so how does this give you everything you paid for if you are getting the same length of wash as the cheapest option? This place is just a cash grab. Better off sitting your car in the next rain storm and using a loofah."

"This car wash chipped paint off of my 2023 vehicle. I still saw dirt after the wash, and dried water spots. I’ve been to cheaper car washes and had better basic car washes. I won’t be back. I highly suggest you have your car washed somewhere else."

"*EDIT TO INCLUDE*-I filed a complaint with the BBB(which is the only way I’ve gotten a response), and they are still refusing to pay for damages. If you look at BBB there are tons of people who filed damage claims with them and they deny them all!!! But they tell me “there is no way their equipment did that.” So I guess everyone that filed a BBB claim is lying? I think not. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!! On 6/2 I went through the car wash and came out with a MASSIVE crack in my windshield. I immediately drove back around to tell them what happened. They took an incident report and pictures and said the manager would be in touch. About 10 days later I received a call back stating “they reviewed the tapes and couldn’t see where the damage would’ve occurred and none of their machines would do that.” I asked if there was someone else I could talk to. This is a MASSIVE crack and it wasn’t there before I went through. They told me to call the collinsville branch and speak to the owner that runs O’Fallon, Collinsville, and Swansea. I called, she wasn’t there, so I left a message. 7-10 days went by without a call so I called again and left another message. Today I called AGAIN, and was told she wasn’t there and they said they would pass on the message. We will see if I get a call back, and I will edit if I do. They don’t want to take accountability for the damage and I see that is unfortunately a trend with this car wash. Save yourself the time and $$$ and go to a different car wash. I will be out AT LEAST $500 due to their machines and they refuse to claim responsibility. This is a terrible way to run a business."

"Destroyed my car… Took my car through the wash on my way to a car meet and was forced into the back of the car in front of me. The car that entered before me did not follow instructions and put their vehicle in park. At the end of the wash, they were “stuck”. After realizing this, I began to sound my horn. The wash operator did not pay any attention to the accident that was occurring. Even after I had been forced into the back of this other car, the wash belt still moved. Additionally, the wash belt was left running so long that the car following me was also forced into the back of me. After arguing with the wash manager and regional manager for over a week, they refuse to compensate me for the damages they caused. 100% would not recommend using this Sparkle wash or any of their other locations."
