"Five stars for a parking lot? Yes, this was that good a lot. I had initially parked here simply because they're just down the street from the Side Project Cellar but it was the "72 hour limit" sign that really caught my eye. In the Sprinter van, it's usually a challenge to find overnight parking. Where am I going to sleep? Yes, the van is fully self-contained with solar panels and a battery so I don't need anything. I just need a spot to sleep where I won't get disturbed. With a couple of delivery / work vans already here, it looked good and I decided to give it a try. I ended up spending two nights here, though I did pop out in the daytime to go to work (and a baseball game). It was quiet, level and no, the locals didn't bother me. If you're looking for parking in Maplewood, this is great. When I return to STL in the future, I'll be back. (Oh, and Side Project is awesome.)"
