"They not only tried to give my car back without the hubcaps, but when I asked for them to be put on; I learned that 2 of them were broken. Then upon a further search of my car, I found that an engraved wooden Star Wars pipe was gone. That was a birthday present for my husband, it was a limited time sale on them; I cannot get another one. I called and complained to the manager and he said he would escalate it above his head and I'd get a call within 2-3 days. It's been 19 days."

"I ordered tires online, paid for them, and made an appointment that clearly said the tires were in stock. The next day I was notified that my order was canceled. I tried calling Walmart to see if they could order the tires for me and was put on hold for thirty minutes before I gave up. I tried calling back and was just put on hold again. I tried this with two different locations. I never got to speak to anyone about this issue, and ultimately had to find a different place entirely. If you try to use Walmart auto care, good luck! I hope you have a whole day's worth of time to sit on hold and go through the call circuit routine! This store is unreliable in every way."

"This used to be my go-to store for my vehicle maintenance needs, but due to personnel shortage, services are often unavailable. They even have to change their hours of operation due to their labor shortage. The last time I went, which was a couple of weeks ago, I waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation only to be told that they couldn't do the oil change because they lacked the tool to remove the oil filter. Then they told me that they wouldn't charge me for the tire rotation because of that, but when I got my keys and went to the car, I discovered that they hadn't even performed the the tire rotation. How did I know? All 4 wheels were caked with brake dust, and they hadn't been touched, no hand prints on any of the wheels anywhere!!. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and started to go back inside to raise some hell but then I remembered that they didn't charge me so I let it go and went to another Walmart Auto Center had the services performed there. I will not be back as I now have reasons not to trust that the services requested will be performed at this store."
