"Tried it out before buying a membership through my company. Knew exactly what I wanted when I pulled up, and cashier still tried the membership upsell. Got rushed through tunnel, seeing bird poop on the center of the hood get missed by every piece of equipment. I'll happily pay more for Waterway because they actually get the car clean."

"Great car wash perfect price towels are cool vacuums are great even a little air hoses to get your vents and cracks and crevices taken care of but me being human I want what I want. They should be 24 hours but it is what it is."

"No sensors in the car wash to stop the track if someone in front of you doesn’t move forward at the end. My car got wrecked as did several other people in front of and behind me. Some person at the front just didn’t drive out when they were supposed to. It turned into a pile up behind them. As one car was forced into the next. With all of the suds on your car there is no way to see what is happening until you feel your car getting smashed. As a member I thought they’d at least make it right but corporate totally denied my claim saying it was due to operator error by the first customer who they could not track down. I like the convenience of the location and a few of the extras like having towels (which are out of stock 30% of the time) but overall I think this is a bad company. Tip: If you use this wash don’t let the workers rush you in too quick or too close to the car in front of you. You want at least 2 car lengths of empty space. It happened to me again tonight, and luckily I had that space and was able to honk my horn several times before a crash occurred. This must have happened so many times that there are now signs inside the wash asking you to honk your horn. Many of the workers are good people but corporate is enshitifying it."

"SCAM!!! DO NOT USE!! They damaged my car’s backup camera and take no responsibility! I can’t tell you what a NIGHTMARE this place is!!! Filed a claim, and never heard back. Called customer service and their incompetent employee never submitted it. Then refiled it. All they have to say is “according to our cameras we can’t tell any difference” - sorry we won’t cover. They won’t give me the footage for review. I even had a picture from the before when I happened to park at a meter to remember my license plate. They simply are a SCAM. I will be legally pursuing this because this is unacceptable to do this to people."

"Nice location with the best amenities I’ve seen at a club car wash. The workers handling the prewash were thorough and effective. The supervisor of the self-clean area was absolutely great; he retrieved the weather strip that had come off and helped reinstall it. He showed great character, shook my hand, and wished me a great day. Best car wash experience ever!"
